Louise has lived in Llanddeusant, Carmarthenshire, since 1999. Before coming to Wales she worked for English Heritage and local government archaeology services in Essex and Cambridgeshire. She is now the deputy director of the Dyfed Archaeological Trust and is their principal heritage management archaeologist.
She is currently exploring ways to develop community based partnership projects which aim to increase popular enjoyment of local heritage. She was appointed trustee of ABC in July 2008.
